Marking and engraving products are delivered through an operating model dedicated to that purpose. HistoryFounded in 1967, Control Laser (Orlando, FL) was acquired by Excel Technology in 1992. In 2001, Control Laser merged with Baublys (Ludwigsburg, Germany) to form Control Laser Corporation. The new company has grown to become a global supplier of laser and mechanical markers/engravers. With more than 15,000 laser markers, coders, and engravers in factories around the world, CLC continues to focus its attention on innovation of laser and mechanical marking, coding, and engraving systems. We have combined 35+ years of experience and process knowledge to create marking solutions for a wide range of industries including: aerospace, automotive, commercial, electronics, medical, tools & tooling, and many others. FacilitiesCLC has more than 120,000 square feet of modern manufacturing, engineering, and laboratory facilities in Europe, Asia, and the US. Our extensive roster of engineers, software development specialists, and laser scientists enable CLC to create fully integrated marking and engraving solutions for our customers. CLC is the only manufacturer to produce its own electrical subassemblies, mechanical assemblies, lasers, automation, and software systems.
