Equipment packaging requirements depend on the mode of transportation and storage. Generally, the package should be resistant to dampness, dust, pressure, and impact. Domestic Shipping
CLC offers shipping arrangement services for US domestic customers, including professional packaging and shipping arrangements by all types of methods and discounted insurance expenses.
When you place your equipment purchase order, our shipping specialist will contact you to clarify your shipping arrangements within 24 hours, including the schedule, destination, and preferred shipper.
After clarifying your shipping requirements, we shall start the bidding procedure among our qualified shippers in the Florida area. Then, we will send a preliminary quote for shipping arrangement services which includes the freight, insurance, and other expenses for reference in order to make a decision.
When you accept the offer for the shipping arrangement service, the payment can be added on to the equipment sales balance invoice, or COD (collected on delivery).
The shipping arrangement service is NOT a part of the equipment sales transaction and shall NOT change the equipment sales INCOTERMS, but is a separate service agreement as stated in the CLC’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, unless another agreement is made.

International Shipping
CLC offers shipping arrangement services for international customers. This includes professional packaging and shipping arrangements by all types of methods, customer clearance services, and discounted insurance expenses.
When you place your equipment purchase order, our shipping specialist will contact you and clarify your shipping arrangement within 24 hours including the schedule, destination, preferred shipper, and customs clearance.
After clarifying your shipping requirements, we will start the bidding procedure among our qualified international forwarders in the USA. Then, we will send the preliminary quote for the shipping arrangement service, which includes the freight, insurance, and other expenses for reference in order to make a decision.
When you accept the offer for the shipping arrangement service, the payment method can be prepaid by separate invoices or added on to equipment sales balance invoice.
The shipping arrangement service is not a part of the equipment sales transaction and will NOT change the equipment sales INCOTERMS, but is a separate service agreement as stated in CLC’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, unless another agreement is made.
