I am writing to give feedback on the visit we had this week with Casey and the install and training he provided for our newly retrofitted FALIT tool. For both myself and Greg, we can’t speak highly enough of Casey’s abilities, knowledge and professionalism. The installation went almost without a hitch and Casey spent all the time necessary to both dial in our processes, and train us on the various settings and applications. Casey did a great job getting us trained up. He was very professional and tirelessly helped my team and I get familiar with the FALIT system. We have an unusual amount of rigor that goes with setting up a new machine. Casey delivered all the information we needed to get our safety officer to certify the machine. It was a pleasure having him out to Idaho to help us set the laser system up. Date: 11/12/2015

Anton, I took the software for a ‘test drive’ today. I only changed and tested 1 SKU but overall it looked great. We’ll continue our testing but right now I don’t see any issues. I was able to find the Work Order log and it collected the required data on the 2 dummy work orders I entered. Very nice. Will keep you posted as we do more testing. Thanks. Date: 11/16/2018
